Review- Makeup Revolution Vamp Collection Lipsticks.

So I have another Makeup Revolution review for you all. If you're into your beauty blogs, you'd know the Makeup Revolution is everywhere at the moment and I decided to join the band wagon and give some of their products a try.

As soon as I decided I wanted to try some items from this brand, I knew I wanted this lipstick collection because I am really into dark berry and purple colours and these shades are gorgeous.

So here are the lipsticks and they are all gorgeous shades. Sorry about my packaging because they had stickers on and I couldn't get all the residue off them so they look like this. That aside, I love the packaging of these lipsticks. I find they they are a bit top heavy and the lids come off quite easily but I don't mind that because I am a big fan of the colour being outside because you know exactly what colour it is going to be and it makes it super easy to find the colour you want in your make up collection. 

So here are the colours and I can say that these colours are totally me shades. I love dark, berry colours and purples, I find that they just stand out and I love experimenting with what eye looks these look gorgeous with. 

So here are the shade names (from left to right and in the same order as the photo above) we have, Rebel With Cause which is a gorgeous berry, cranberry, red/pink type shade. It is a lot lighter than the other shades but it is gorgeous to pair with so many different eye looks and you can go darker on the eye with this lipstick as it is quite light but not super light which I love, it's that perfect middle cranberry colour. Next is 100% Vamp which is a considerably darker purple colour. I am all over purple shades at the moment and this is a fabulous addition to my collection. I am in love with this shade because it a lovely deep purple which is stunning on. It's not quite the darkest but it's still pretty dark. And the last one is Black Heart which is another purple shade but this one is pretty close to black. This is very dark and very hard to work with but I love the challenge of it. 

I find all these shades are opaque and apply nicely. Obviously with the two darker shades, it is a challenge to work with them and find out what works with them but they are gorgeous. I find the wear ability of these quite long lasting. I find the rebel with cause shade very wearable and flexible because it is quite light but dark enough to wear for night or day and it goes with so many looks. I really like the formula of these lipsticks because the apply nicely and they don't at all feel drying on the lips which is always a good thing. 

Overall, I really love these lipsticks and the shades, especially now we are coming into the colder months.
