Packaging
This Neutrogena Alcohol-Free Toner comes in a fuss-free sky blue bottle printed with white words that truly reflects its soft and gentle nature.

The dispense is a simple white flick-open cap with a little mouth, through which the toner flows when the bottle is over-turned.

Ingredients
As below. It is definitely free of strong alcohols like SD Alcohol or Alcohol Denatured. I cannot smell any hint of alcohol when using it.

Feel On Face
It also does not dry out my face the way alcohol does.

It is just really soft and gentle on the  skin.

Cleanses
This is the kind of toner that actually really does removes makeup debris from your face after cleansing. It is good enough to remove mascara when you soak a cotton pad with this and press it over your eyes.

I really like this property of it because it makes me feel extra clean without my face getting dried up.

A Little Goes A Long Way
I only need a little of this to cover my whole face.

The amount that comes out when I overturn it once is a little too much for my face, so I actually decant it into a spray bottle and spray it all over my face instead. Works very well!

Price
This is amazingly affordable for an effective yet gentle alcohol-free toner. At just $11 for a good 200 mL, it is definitely my choice for a beginner's skincare kit for those with dehydrated/dry sensitive skin.

Worth the price. Highly recommended. Convenient to buy.
At this stage in life, I do prefer the Nuxe 3 Roses Toner because that one has added nutrients and is really more of an advanced skincare type of toner. But this Neutrogena one is a perfect basic to have until you get comfortable with maintaining a more expensive/mature skin skincare routine.
