So today's eyeliner review is going to be on Urban Decay 24/7 Waterline Eye Pencil in Legend

Would I buy this again? Not sure yet
Notes: This color is described as a black. I'd have to agree with that - it's a pretty basic, good matte black. The formula glides on fairly easily but I'd say it's a bit more powdery and sets quicker than other liners, which I think is supposed to benefit it with sitting on the waterline. In terms of wear, I wore this on the waterline for about 10 hours and it, for the most part, was still on there. This isn't as dark or inky as many other liners and like I mentioned, the formula is a bit drier (although still an easy glide) but it works really well and I appreciate that. Besides, super inky blacks tend to close up my eye when I have them on the waterline so I ain't mad at this.
