1. Khái niệm decal sữa là gì?

Decal sữa là loại giấy decal có màu trắng sữa với cấu tạo gồm 4 lớp như các loại decal khác: lớp mặt giấy bên ngoài; lớp keo; lớp silicon hoặc PE-silicon; lớp đế bảo vệ keo. Tuy nhiên, decal sửa đảm bảo độ dẻo dai và bền bỉ nên được ứng  dụng hầu hết trong mọi lĩnh vực như ngành thực phẩm, mỹ phẩm, nội thất…

2. Một số đặc điểm của decal sữa 

- Chất liệu: Thực tế giấy in Decal sữa có bề mặt in decal là loại nhựa sữa trắng  hay còn gọi là nhựa PVC với khả năng kháng nước tốt. Sau khi in xong các decal này sẽ được cán màng để đảm bảo hình ảnh màu sắc bền nhất trong thời gian dài. 

- Hình dạng, khổ in: Decal nhựa thường được gia công thành dạng cuộn với khổ in thông dụng là decal sữa A4 và A3 chuyên dụng cho in tem nhãn. Trong một số trường hợp sử dụng khổ in lớn hơn ứng dụng để làm poster dán quảng cáo ngoài trời, trang trí văn phòng, quán cafe,…để tăng tính thẩm mỹ.

- Công nghệ in: In ấn decal sữa thì thường dùng chất liệu decal sẽ được phủ một lớp Glossy chuyên dụng cho các loại máy in phun giúp cho màu sắc đẹp và rõ nét.

- Mực in: Mực trong in decal sữa sẽ phụ thuộc vào yêu cầu của khách hàng. Nếu như khách hàng muốn in ấn decal thông thường đơn vị in ấn sẽ sử dụng mực in Pigment UV với khả năng chống nước, sau khi in xong chúng được cán thêm một lớp vàng trong để đảm bảo màu sắc in bền hơn.

Nếu khách hàng yêu cầu in decal sữa chất lượng cao thì sẽ dùng loại mực Eco, sau khi cán thêm một màng mỏng lên trên sản phẩm sau khi in thì với mực Eco sẽ cho chất lượng hình ảnh sắc nét và bền màu hơn nhiều so với mực in trên.
